Linda Jensen promoted to Senior Director of Federal Customer Success

A trusted advisor with decades of experience leading teams that support the mission-critical infrastructure of federal civilian, defense and intelligence agencies, Jensen will continue to leverage her expertise to meet and exceed customer support expectations while proactively anticipating and avoiding potential service issues to avoid delivery disruption. 

In her tenure at Hitachi Vantara Federal, Linda Jensen oversaw the growth of the Customer Service & Support organization from a team of 7 individuals to now over 50 highly knowledgeable and diverse team members spread across 4 departments. She also opened Hitachi Vantara Federal’s renowned and dedicated Federal Engagement & Support Center in Englewood, Colorado, which provides US based, first call resolution and 24/7 assistance solely to Federal customers. Comprised of cleared technical analyst engineers who understand Federal Government business operations with the ability to service Hitachi Vantara Federal’s full offering portfolio, the support center provides multiple levels of support services to ensure high availability for mission critical environments.

Prior to joining Hitachi Vantara Federal, Linda served as Federal Customer Service Director at EMC Federal where she managed 18 account managers responsible for the customer experience for service and support. Prior to EMC, Linda held positions as the Global Service Account Manager and Federal Director for storage Products at SUN Microsystems and Quantum.
